Celebrate light and life and help to showcase this great
city and community spirit by participating in the Shine
Appeal Program. The "Shine Appeal" program recognizes
homeowners for their efforts in celebrating the holiday
season and bringing holiday cheer to the community. Two
homes per ward per week will be selected to receive the
"Display of the Week Award" and will be featured in

An afternoon of crafts and treats, caroling and music, storytelling
and bake sale. Santa will drop in to visit with the children. They
day will end with the singing of carols and lighting of the
Christmas Tree.
